Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is looking for a tax professional to conduct client interviews and grow business by offering additional services. You will support both individual and business clients, assist during IRS audits, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment. A strong focus on tax knowledge and client communication is required.

Required training will be provided on hire, with opportunities to enhance expertise and contribute to a connected team culture at H&R Block.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience completing individual returns.
• Tax planning and audit support.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Additional experience for this position is acquired through training upon hiring.

Responsibilities
