Qualifications

• On track to meet the educational requirements for CPA exam eligibility prior to the start of a full‑time Associate position.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related business discipline with at least one term remaining after the internship.
• No prior professional experience required; relevant internship/volunteer experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing federal, state, and local tax returns, workpapers, calculations and related deliverables.
• Conduct tax research and document findings for engagement teams.
• Utilize firm-approved tax preparation and document management tools to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to gather information and maintain documentation.
• Communicate progress and any issues promptly to supervisors.
• Participate in training and projects as assigned.
