Qualifications

• Pursuing an accounting degree from an accredited university.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Available to work full‑time; preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent use of MS Office Word and Excel; proficient with spreadsheets.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines for tax returns and projects.
• Demonstrates confidentiality and integrity in handling information.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Prepare financial statements.
• Prepare and file tax returns - Business and Individual.
• Enter accounting related information into business logs.
• Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy.
• Organize and update financial records.
• Prepare payroll including monthly/quarterly tax deposits and tax forms.
• Perform monthly bank settlements.
