Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Summer 2027 Tax Intern to join its tax team in Cincinnati. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in financial planning and tax, including preparing federal, state, and local returns and creating supporting workpapers.

Applicants should be undergraduates in Finance or Accounting with a minimum 3.2 GPA, active campus involvement, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Undergrad in Finance/Accounting with ≥3.2 GPA.
• Active campus involvement or work experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in various financial planning and tax projects as assigned by the team.
• Assist in preparing federal, state, and local individual and business income tax returns using UltraTax CS.
• Create workpapers in Engagement Manager and SurePrep documenting the preparation process.
