Job summary

Apogem Capital invites students to join its 11-week Summer Internship in Tax. This program targets those curious about tax, accounting, finance, or financial services and offers hands-on work in partnership and private equity tax areas.

You’ll rotate across tax topics, work on Forms 1065 and K-1, and gain exposure to multiple tax professionals in a collaborative environment. A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and review of partnership tax workpapers (Forms 1065, K-1)
• Track tax capital accounts, allocations of income and loss across entities
• Compile information for federal, state, local tax filings including state apportionment
• Support tax compliance, reporting and related projects
• Collaborate with tax professionals and gain exposure to various tax areas
• Participate in projects showing how tax supports private equity and financial services
