Qualifications

• Enrolled in Tax, Accounting or Finance programs.
• Aspiring CPA.
• Proficient in basic accounting principles; journal entries, debits/credits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare partnership tax compliance deliverables (Forms 1065).
• Prepare quarterly 704(b) estimates for HLBV and capital/K-1 estimates.
• Support Partnership Tax team with fixed assets, GL reviews, renewable credit analysis, Subchapter K research, and tax filing preparation.
