Job summary

Eide Bailly in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Tax Intern for Spring 2028 to join our in-person tax team. This full-time, 40-hour/week internship offers hands-on experience with clients across industries and exposure to real-world tax projects.

You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and are on track to sit for your CPA license. Authorization to work in the United States is required, and you will be supported by a collaborative team and a structured internship program.

A typical day in the life of a Tax Intern with Eide Bailly might include the following:

• Assist in gathering relevant tax-related information from a client so an accurate tax return can be prepared.
• Work with the tax team to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline.
• Assist in preparing a high-level return for a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company or high-net-worth individual.
• Look at tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
• Network and build relationships across the Firm.
