Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking full-time Tax Interns for our Phoenix, AZ office for Spring 2028. This in-person program runs 40 hours per week during the season. Priority Deadline is October 1, 2026, with an Application Deadline of October 10, 2026 and interviews in early to mid-October.

You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and are on track to sit for your CPA license. You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering relevant tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns.
• Work with the tax team to ensure returns are completed by deadlines.
• Assist in preparing high-level returns for clients such as manufacturing companies or high-net-worth individuals.
• Contribute to tax planning and look at tax situations from different angles to maximize benefits.
• Network and build relationships across the Firm.

A typical day in the life of a Tax Intern with Eide Bailly might include the following:

• Assist in gathering relevant tax‑related information from a client so an accurate tax return can be prepared.
• Work with the tax team to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline.
• Assist in preparing a high‑level return for a multi‑million‑dollar manufacturing company or high‑net‑worth individual.
• Look at tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
• Network and build relationships across the Firm.
