Eide Bailly is seeking a Tax Intern to join our Phoenix, AZ office for Spring 2028. This full-time, in-person internship offers hands-on experience with tax returns, client collaboration, and exposure to diverse industries.

You will work with a team of experienced professionals, gain practical knowledge of tax regulations, and develop your CPA track while contributing to client projects and firm initiatives.

Typical Day in the Life

A typical day in the life of a Tax Intern with Eide Bailly might include the following:

• Assist in gathering relevant tax‑related information from a client so an accurate tax return can be prepared.
• Work with the tax team to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline.
• Assist in preparing a high‑level return for a multi‑million‑dollar manufacturing company or high‑net‑worth individual.
• Look at tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
• Network and build relationships across the Firm.
