You’ll work at least 20 hours weekly, with flexibility around coursework and peak periods. The program emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and a potential full-time offer after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Keen attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
• Problem-solving, initiative, and a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax return work papers and assist in preparing business and individual tax returns.
• Perform tax extension calculations and contribute to tax planning or audit-related tasks.
• Review client documents for accuracy and provide research support to project teams.
• Participate in internal and client meetings, gaining exposure to the client service process.
• Support digital workflow by organizing, scanning, and managing documents.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, scheduled around coursework.
