Job summary

You’ll handle tax work papers, assist with tax returns, extend calculations, document reviews, and support meetings and digital workflow. Availability: 20 hours per week with flexibility around coursework.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and discretion.
• Problem-solving, initiative, and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax return work papers and assist in preparing business and individual returns.
• Perform tax extension calculations and contribute to tax planning or audit tasks.
• Review client documents for accuracy and provide research support to project teams.
• Participate in internal and client meetings and engage in client service process.
• Support digital workflow by organizing, scanning, and managing documents.
