Cherry Bekaert LLP, a leading US accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Tax Intern in Fort Worth, TX. You will work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements and gain hands-on experience with firm technology.

You are a junior or senior accounting student with a 3.0 GPA or higher, willing to travel to client sites as needed. The program offers development, exposure to diverse industries, and a path toward professional growth.

Qualifications

• Juniors or seniors enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel

Responsibilities

• As a Tax Intern, you will work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements
• Apply accounting knowledge while performing client work using Firm technology
• Shadow Tax professionals of all levels
• Participate in team building and training initiatives
• Participate in and present on a marketing or research project
• Attend social functions: happy hours, lunches, community service projects and other outings
