PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to provide strategic and technical leadership for tax innovation platforms within the Software and Product Innovation team in the United States. You will lead large projects, drive modernization across products, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver AI-enabled tax services to top clients.

Growing as a strategic advisor, you will coach engineers, navigate complex challenges, and maintain operational excellence while upholding PwC standards and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Leading multiple engineering teams in agile environments.
• Designing and evolving enterprise or SaaS architectures.
• Leading system migrations and legacy modernization.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and security.
• Integrating AI and advanced analytics into production systems.
• Defining technical standards for AI and data systems.
• Mentoring engineering leaders and architects.
• Managing uncertainty and competing priorities.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
