Job summary

PwC is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead one or more delivery teams focused on AI- and data-intensive tax platforms. You will drive architecture, guide implementation, and champion agile and DevOps practices to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.

You will mentor engineers, ensure quality outcomes, and collaborate across functions to meet client expectations and timelines, while promoting continuous improvement and responsible AI practices.

The Opportunity

As part of the Software Engineering team, you will lead one or more delivery teams to design, build, and run innovative AI - and data-intensive tax platforms. As a Manager, you will provide technical and people leadership, guiding architecture and implementation while driving agile execution and DevOps practices. What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree


• At least 4 years of experience

Travel Requirements

Up to 20%

Salary

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
