Job summary
PwC in the United States seeks a Tax Innovation - Software Engineering Manager to lead software engineering workstreams and translate tax requirements into technical solutions for client engagements.
You will coach teams, guide design, coding, testing, and deployment of software products, oversee CI/CD, collaborate across tax innovation and software engineering to deliver scalable digital solutions, and ensure adherence to professional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Leading tax innovation software engineering workstreams from planning through delivery.
- Translating tax requirements into technical solutions for client workstreams.
- Guiding design, coding, testing, and deployment of software products.
- Reviewing architecture and code alignment with goals.
- Overseeing CI/CD across development pipelines.
- Applying C#.NET, React Native to build and maintain apps.
- Coaching team members on code review and development.
- Collaborating across tax innovation and software teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintaining alignment with professional standards and independence requirements.
