• Applying software development methodology to guide solution delivery.
• Developing C#.NET based applications and integrating AI-enabled capabilities where business value can be advanced.
• Reviewing solution architecture options and technical tradeoffs to support sustainable platforms.
• Coaching engineers through complex issues, code reviews, and delivery decisions.
• Validating client feedback and aligning solution direction with priorities.
• Promoting clear communication of system design and delivery status.
