Job summary

PwC is seeking a Tax Innovation - Product Management - Senior Manager to lead development and management of innovative software solutions for clients. You will act as GM for commercial and internal products, bridging business, UX, and technology to drive growth and oversee full product lifecycle from definition to end-of-life.

You will guide cross-functional teams, apply agile methods, validate outcomes with clients, and coach junior staff while fostering inclusive teams.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within product management.
Leading the development and management of product roadmaps to align with market demands and business growth.
Driving product lifecycle management from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative software solutions that address client needs.
Utilizing agile methodologies to enhance product development processes and improve time-to-market.
Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and positioning.
Overseeing commercialization and go-to-market planning for commercial products.
Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine product offerings.
Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that communicate product value and vision.
