• Leading client-facing software engineering efforts that support tax innovation and service delivery improvement.
• Overseeing architecture, design, coding, and testing activities for scalable applications and technology-enabled solutions.
• Shaping client engagement strategy, business growth opportunities, and solution roadmaps across multiple efforts.
• Directing cross-functional teams through enterprise application architecture, integration, and requirements development.
• Evaluating emerging technologies, including AI tools, to advance automation and modern engineering approaches.
• Coaching leaders and developing team capability across solution architecture, programming, and business processes.
• Ensuring adherence to professional standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements.
• Building relationships with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
