Alliantgroup seeks a Project Manager to join the EnergyCredits and Incentives, 179D and ITC division to plan and execute tax incentive studies. You will work with attorneys, accountants, engineers, and architects to drive project success by coordinating resources and delivering outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Construction/engineering background preferred.
• ITC knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Urgency and deadline-driven with adaptability.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Houston.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through completion and meet timelines.
• Serve as primary client contact and build relationships.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Partner with clients on technical discussions and opportunities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and deliver fast value.
• Execute next steps and milestones to maximize client outcomes.
