As a Project Manager you will be working within our EnergyCredits and Incentives,179D and Investment TaxCredits(ITC)division to plan and execute projects associated with tax incentive deduction studies. You will work in a team environment alongside attorneys, accountants, engineers, and architects through the completion of tax consulting assignments. Working hand in hand with technical experts and senior leadership, you will be driving project success and management byacquiringresources and coordinating efforts of the team to deliver projects according to plans.

Lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and goals are met
Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and understanding client needs
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with internal teams and leadership
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and expectations
Partner with clients on technical project discussions,identifyingopportunities and understanding construction-related activities
Monitor project progress,identifyrisks and areas for improvement, and develop solutions to keep projects on track
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Drive process improvements and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Execute project next steps and milestones while maximizing value and outcomes for the client
Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management, orotherrelated field
Preferred 3+ years of relevant project management
Preferred experience in theconstruction industry or engineering
Preferred experience with ITCis a plus (notrequiredthough)
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlinesand changing priorities
Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential
