BDO USA, LLP seeks a Tax Experienced Associate in the Business Incentives Group (BIG). You will help clients identify government incentives to promote innovation and growth in the U.S., collaborating with teams across tax, accounting, and finance to deliver value.

The role emphasizes developing technical, interpersonal, and project management skills with exposure to national and local incentive programs and opportunities to contribute to BIG’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assists in the execution of multiple client engagements.
• Collaborates with BIGers and clients across tax, accounting, and finance.
• Establishes effective working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Contributes to BIG's technical acumen and market prominence.
• Keeps up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
• Participates in business development to grow client base and network.
• Supports and enhances the culture and reputation of BIG and BDO.
