Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks a Tax Experienced Associate within the Business Incentives Group to help clients identify and claim government incentives across industries. You will collaborate with tax, accounting, and finance teams to document incentives and support examinations by tax authorities.

You will develop your technical and professional skills through training and client-facing work, while contributing to BIG’s growth in a national consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance.
• 1+ year of related experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing multiple client engagements.
• Collaborate across BIG groups to drive innovation and improve processes.
• Build effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Develop BIG’s technical acumen and market prominence.
• Stay up to date with local and national business issues.
• Participate in business development to grow the client base.
• Support and enhance BIG’s culture across offices.
