BDO USA, PC is hiring a Tax Associate within the Business Incentives Group (BIG) in the United States. You will help identify and claim government incentives for clients, including sustainability and green initiatives, while collaborating with professionals across tax, accounting, finance, and client engineering teams.

The role focuses on innovation, client service, and developing as a trusted advisor who understands business drivers and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Communications, or Law preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Accounting internship preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership mentality valued.
• Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels.

• Contributes to BIG culture and to BDO as a leading professional services firm.
