Qualifikationen

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in a combination of corporate tax and tax technology in an audit, tax, or advisory services firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree and licensed CPA, J.D./LL.M required.
• Knowledge of a broad range of corporate tax matters including tax reporting and compliance; possess both tax and technology skills.
• Demonstrated track record of business development with client relationships and new opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple engagements and mentoring staff within a collaborative team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Play a key role in developing our Tax Ignition practice by working with clients to understand enterprise tax processes and interfaces.
• Review, assess and redesign internal tax function operations to develop a new operating model; cover tax function strategy and design, service delivery options, and organizational design.
• Understand tax technology challenges and market solutions for diverse scenarios.
• Apply financial reporting standards and tax guidance to processes and technology.
• Develop artifacts that communicate complex problems and solutions clearly.
• Lead and monitor multiple client engagements, maintaining client communication and satisfaction.
• Contribute to market development and collaborate with Audit and Advisory practices.
• Mentor and grow staff within the Tax Transformation team.
