Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and/or QC tax-harvesting requests for accuracy and completeness
• Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry with strong accuracy standards

• Use tools such as Microsoft Access, Excel, and Zendesk to complete daily work
• Participate in quality programs/initiatives to support a high level of customer service
• Support ongoing projects as assigned by managers or team members
• Complete required documentation for productivity measurement
• Follow all regulatory and internal procedures
