Dexian is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to process tax-harvesting requests and perform QC checks. You will work with Access, Excel, and Zendesk to maintain accuracy and completeness. You will communicate with internal partners and adhere to regulatory procedures, contributing to quality programs and productivity metrics.

Based in Berwyn, PA, this role focuses on high-volume, precise data handling with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

• Responsible for processing tax-harvesting requests received via web portal and email, and/or performing quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
