TotalEnergies invites you to join the Tax Graduate Program – Law Track. This two-year rotational program develops future tax professionals through exposure to planning, compliance, provision, indirect tax, and business initiatives.

You will support U.S. affiliates across multiple business lines, rotate through Tax Planning, Compliance & Provision, and Indirect Tax, and work with Tax, Finance, Legal, and external advisors to deliver practical, business‑oriented tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to interpret technical tax concepts and present clear conclusions.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with numerical data to organize, analyze, and validate datasets.
• Ability to connect tax considerations to business, financial, and operational outcomes beyond pure tax analysis.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills for reviews with senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support Tax Planning, Compliance & Provision, and Indirect Tax across U.S. affiliates and multi-energy operations.
• Conduct tax research and summarize technical considerations for review by senior tax professionals.
• Assist with analysis of corporate transactions, reorganizations, acquisitions, and dispositions as part of the tax lifecycle.
• Prepare tax planning presentations, structure analyses, memoranda, and related documentation.
