Intuit seeks talented Tax Experts to join our TurboTax Store locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. You will be the local face, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients while delivering trusted tax advice and full service preparation.

You will work on-site, using TurboTax tools to provide personalized tax solutions and excellent service. The role supports Intuit’s mission of empowering financial prosperity in the community.

Qualifications

• Possess active, unrestricted credentials: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 50+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• On-site at TurboTax retail location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a Tax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, represent TurboTax locally and engage with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term trust with clients.
