Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for TurboTax Store locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing TurboTax’s local client base and building ongoing relationships with customers.

You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, engaging with prospects, leading local events, and delivering a top-tier customer experience to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/bonds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and local face of TurboTax.
• Engage with new prospects and nurture leads to convert them into clients.
• Lead local events with TurboTax support and participate in local marketing.
• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
