Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics OR CPA certification required
• Master's in accountancy or taxation preferred
• 1+ year of prior relevant tax experience, preferred
• CPA certification, Attorney admitted, or EA preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of tax returns for review
• Utilize basic tax research and tax software to complete filings
• Support tax compliance, ASC 740/ FIN 48 provisions, and tax positions
• Draft clear memorandums and correspondence for clients
• Work with Senior on project milestones and open items
