Formación

• Two years of general office work; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsabilidades

• Review individual tax returns and related materials to identify errors, missing information, or irregularities.
• Assess legal tax documents and reference materials to support accurate tax processing.
• Prepare and send follow up documentation to gather details needed to complete return processing.
• Confirm math calculations on tax forms and ensure figures are correctly carried to the right locations.
• Initiate transfer transactions to correct returns or payments when mistakes are found.
• Respond verbally and in writing to questions from internal and external contacts about tax return issues or adjustments.
