Tax Director / Senior Tax Manager

You:

• A strategic thinker with 8+ years of tax experience – and a hunger to lead

What You'll Do:

• Lead our Tax Strategy service – from vision to execution
• Build systems and processes that scale (and ditch the broken ones)
• Guide clients through strategies that actually move the needle
• Collaborate closely with our CFOs and client teams on cross-functional solutions.
• Mentor a growing tax team – teach, support, inspire
• Connect with clients deeply and proactively – not just at tax time
• Be a key driver of our firm’s next chapter

Minimum Qualifications

• CPA and/or EA
• 8+ years of tax experience (business & personal)
