This high-impact, client-facing role oversees tax planning, compliance, and consultation for diverse clients, with a clear path to Partnership. The role requires CPA licensure, 10+ years of public accounting tax experience, and strong leadership, business development, and advisory skills. Competenze

• CPA license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation or related field is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and leading engagements.
• Strong communication and client advisory skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Business development experience preferred.

• Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements for diverse clients.
