Responsibilities

• Own worldwide income tax provision and quarterly/annual close (ASC 740).
• Manage tax journal entries, reconciliations, disclosures, and SOX controls; oversee audit relationship.
• Coordinate international provision components with teams and advisors; improve close speed/quality.
