Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services for a portfolio of clients.
• Provide technical oversight of complex federal, state, and local tax returns with guidance to staff.
• Mentor and develop managers, seniors, staff accountants, and interns to build a high-performing tax practice.
• Drive engagement management, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
