Job Details

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications

Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is required; advanced degrees such as a Master's in Taxation or JD are preferred.

Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in fiduciary tax planning is highly desirable.

Technical Skills Proficiency in tax software and financial management tools. Deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, including fiduciary tax matters.

Strategic Thinking Ability to develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies that align with the company's goals.

Analytical Skills Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic tax planning advice.

Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Leadership Skills Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and mentoring a team.

Ethical Standards High level of integrity and commitment to fiduciary duty.
