Job Description

We are seeking a Tax Director! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the company's cost segregation and R&D practices.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of Cost Segregation services workflow, from proposal to report delivery.
• Coordinate all aspects of R&D Credit services workflow, from proposal to report delivery.
• Provide tax technical support to administrative and sales staff.
• Administrative duties as necessary, including HR and IT.
• Assist in marketing efforts where technical tax knowledge is needed.
• Ensure cash collections from clients.

Qualifications:

• A tax background is required. CPA or EA designation is a bonus.
• Minimum three to five years' experience in US Federal tax compliance and preparation.
• Experience in real estate-related tax issues is a bonus.
• R&D credit calculation experience is a bonus.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
