Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Tax Director in Dresher, PA to lead complex tax engagements and provide strategic year-round tax planning across multiple entity types for high-net-worth clients.

The role requires an active CPA with 10+ years of public accounting tax experience and proven staff leadership. You will mentor Managers and Senior staff while partnering with firm leadership on business development and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax engagements and provide year-round strategic planning across individual, partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, trust, and estate taxation.
• Advise on entity structuring, business transactions, succession planning, and tax-saving strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of client relationships while overseeing engagement staffing, budgets, timelines, profitability, and technical quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff while promoting accountability and technical excellence.
• Partner with firm leadership on business development, client expansion, recruiting, process improvements, and growth.
