• Busy season hours of 45 to 55 per week, with 55 being the maximum rather than the expectation.

The opportunity

As Tax Director, you'll work closely with the Partners, oversee a broad portfolio of clients and play an important role in shaping the future of the tax practice.

You'll have the autonomy to manage client relationships, advise on complex tax matters, develop the team and contribute to the firm's continued growth. Partner is on the table for the right person too.

They're looking for an experienced Public Accounting professional who enjoys generalist tax work, building relationships and leading people. A CPA is welcomed, but isn't required.

If you're already operating at Director level, you know how demanding Public Accounting can be. But there's a difference between working hard and having work take over your life.
