Job summary

Manta Search is seeking a strategic tax leader to own the firm’s tax practice in the United States. You will set direction for engagements, tax technology, workflows, and season planning while serving as a technical advisor to clients and a mentor to the tax team.

You’ll lead planning for tax season, supervise engagements, and strengthen client relationships, guiding staff and managers with up-to-date tax expertise. This role offers growth and influence across the firm.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required; Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required; Master's in Tax preferred.
• 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting, including time as a Manager or Senior Manager.
• 5+ years leading and developing a team.
• Advanced expertise across business, individual, trust, and nonprofit tax.
• Proven track record coaching high-performing tax professionals and driving growth.
