Job Title: Tax Director

Are you an experienced tax professional ready to lead a dynamic team in a growth-focused firm? Join our client’s reputable tax advisory group, where your strategic leadership will drive high-quality service for complex, closely held businesses and their owners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and review tax compliance for pass-through partnerships, C/S corporations, individuals, and trust returns
• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, providing high-level advisory services
• Mentor and supervise junior staff, fostering team growth and development
• Oversee and participate in advisory projects, including M&A, exit planning, and cross-team collaboration
• Sign tax returns and act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Support firm growth initiatives through ongoing business development and client engagement
• Conduct tax research and deliver practical solutions to complex tax issues
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the firm’s success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• CPA required
• Proven expertise in business and individual taxation
• Extensive experience with tax software such as CCH Access, iChannel, Daz, and Teams
• Strong leadership and client management skills
