Greenprint Capital is seeking an Associate to join its Tax Credit Transfer team, supporting the sale and transfer of ITCs and PTCs across the firm's renewable energy portfolio. Location in St.

Louis, MO is preferred but not required. The role focuses on pipeline management, drafting and negotiating term sheets and transfer agreements, assembling diligence, and coordinating with purchasers, investors, and external counsel to ensure timely funding and successful transfers.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in renewable energy tax credit transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing complex investment structures.
• Familiarity with LLCAs, ECCAs, and tax credit transfer agreements.
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Manage the pipelines of tax credit transfers and provide weekly updates to investors and firm management.
• Review and interpret complex project-level diligence and legal documentation, including LLCAs and ECCAs.
• Assist with the drafting and negotiation of tax credit transfer term sheets and tax credit transfer agreements.
• Assist with the negotiation of tax credit recapture insurance policies and ensure compliance.
• Assemble and maintain key project diligence in purchaser-facing data rooms with Investment and Asset Management teams.
