Greenprint Capital seeks a Senior Associate to join its Tax Credit Transfer team in St. Louis, MO. The role supports the tactical execution of Section 6418 tax credit transfers, including pipeline management and drafting term sheets.

Competenze

• 2–4+ years of experience in renewable energy tax credit transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing complex investment structures and documentation.

Mansioni

• Assist with drafting and negotiation of tax credit transfer term sheets and agreements.
• Coordinate with sponsors, investors, purchasers and external counsel to fulfill diligence requests.
• Prepare clear reporting for senior management and investors.
