• Ability to exercise good judgment dealing with owners, employees, residents, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Review all completed rental applications and leases for accuracy.
• Maintain resident files following regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure residents are compliant with leases and regulations.

Skills

Excellent organizational skills

Familiarity with subsidized housing programs

Education

Tax Credit Specialist certification
