Job summary

The Daily Personnel Inc is seeking a Tax Credit Leasing Consultant to help clients understand and apply for housing tax credit programs. You will collaborate with property managers and residents to ensure leasing processes comply with federal and state rules.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through eligibility, conducting property tours, managing the application to move‑in, maintaining accurate records, and staying informed on LIHTC regulations to provide accurate, helpful guidance.
