Responsibilities

• Assist with equity investment submission packages and supporting docs.
• Analyze project feasibility, costs, financing, and investor yields.
• Respond to investor inquiries with researched information.
• Coordinate third-party reports and due-diligence materials.
• Perform analyses of comparable properties for rents and expenses.
• Review sponsor and other key-party information during due diligence.
• Support transaction tracking and milestone updates in systems.
• Conduct cash flow modeling and tax credit equity pricing.
• Participate in property inspections and transaction closings.
• Monitor closing deliverables and funding requirements.
