Qualifications

  • Active CPA license required.
  • 1–3+ years of public accounting or tax experience.
  • Experience preparing individual, partnership, and business tax returns.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
  • Experience with trust, estate, and fiduciary taxation is highly preferred.
  • Interest in expanding expertise in tax planning, estate planning, retirement planning, and wealth management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
  • Willingness to work additional hours during peak tax seasons.
  • On-site work requirement in Oradell, New Jersey.

Responsibilities
