StarKist Co. in Reston, VA seeks an Associate Manager, Tax & Compliance Reporting to own the annual tax calendar and ensure timely compliance across Federal, State, Local, U.S. possessions and foreign jurisdictions.

You will oversee tax provision, analyze NOLs and credits, and coordinate external advisors while maintaining SOX controls and IFRS compliance. Significant interaction with Accounting and Treasury is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with CPA; Masters in Taxation preferred.
• 6+ years of tax experience in Big 4 public accounting and/or industry.
• Experience preparing U.S. consolidated income tax returns for large multinational corporations.
• Knowledge of IFRS and SOX; familiarity with transfer pricing and international tax planning.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual tax compliance calendar (Federal, State, Local, U.S. possessions and foreign) and ensure timely preparation and filing.
• Prepare and file sales & use tax returns for all applicable states and property tax returns with support.
• Prepare and/or review Federal, State, Local and international tax forms and elections; coordinate with external advisors.
• Coordinate filing of withholding and payroll tax returns; monitor foreign indirect taxes and FBAR.
