Job summary

TESO Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee entity formation, EIN processing, permits, and licensing for new stores. The role supports cross-functional teams to ensure timely regulatory compliance across multiple states and entities.

The candidate should have a minimum of two years in taxation, accounting, or corporate compliance, with strong Excel and regulatory research skills. A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, and prior multi-state retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting/finance/taxation/law.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in taxation, accounting, corporate compliance or entity management.
• Experience with multi-state/ multi-entity retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit state-level entity formation/registration documents under guidance.
• Prepare EIN applications and maintain entity master data.
• Identify and track store permits, licenses, registrations for openings; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain Store Permit & License Register and ensure renewals are timely.
• Manage electronic records for entity registration, EIN, permits, and related fees; ensure traceability.
• Assist with data entry into centralized finance/compliance systems; flag issues and improvements.
