Interns will prepare tax returns, assist with audits and compilations, and support multiple client engagements with accuracy and professional communication.

The program runs January 2028 through April 2028 and offers training, exposure to industry peers, and opportunities to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA-track preferred.
• Credit requirements to sit for CPA exam per state rules.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepares individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns.
• Performs audits, reviews, compilations, and other assurance services.
• Gains experience with procedures, workpapers and systems.
• Supports multiple client engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues.
• Expands industry knowledge through exposure to peers, clients and training.
• Completes research and special projects as needed.
• Communicates effectively with clients and CLA family members regularly.
